Amazing 3/2 block home with a nice covered pool area and more than 2,000 sqft. Very hard to come by specs in this area. Buy at a discount and make the repairs yourself. Roof is in good condition and not very old. Verify the exact age. Mainly just needs cosmetic updates and the pool caged replaced. Pool pumps we aren’t sure if they work or not. We believe this home is worth $450k+ once fully renovated to todays standards. Please double check the roof year. I believe its a 2014, but I am not totally sure, so check the permit data. We are selling because we have taken on many new projects, and dont wish to continue this one.
